This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including available shipping options, costs, and guidelines to ensure you receive your premium food products in a timely manner. We believe in transparency and are dedicated to ensuring that you have all the information you need to track and manage your orders.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We understand that timely delivery is essential, so we offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the general delivery timeframes for each shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. This is our most affordable option and is ideal for customers who are not in a rush to receive their order.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping, which delivers in 2-3 business days. This option is perfect for those who need their products faster but do not require next-day delivery.

  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping, ensuring delivery within 1 business day. Please note that overnight shipping is only available for orders placed before 3:00 PM (CST) on business days (Monday through Friday).

Please note that the delivery times mentioned are estimates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as adverse weather conditions, high demand periods (e.g., holidays), and delays with shipping carriers can affect delivery times.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We strive to keep shipping fees reasonable and competitive. Here are some general guidelines on shipping costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for all deliveries within the contiguous United States. This is a great way to save on shipping costs when making larger purchases.

  • Shipping Fee for Orders Under $50: For orders below $50, standard shipping costs will be applied at checkout. Expedited and overnight shipping options will also be available at an additional cost.

  • Shipping for International Orders: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States, excluding U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally but plan to expand our shipping options in the future.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed on dexsopic.com are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once we receive your order, we begin preparing it for shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. We recommend tracking your order regularly so you can stay informed about its status.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to certain limitations, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship orders to P.O. Box addresses, as most of our products require a physical delivery address.

  • APO/FPO Addresses: At this time, we do not offer shipping to military or diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Remote Areas: Some remote locations may not be accessible by all carriers. If you are located in an area where shipping is restricted, we will notify you at the time of purchase and work with you to find an alternative solution.

If there are any issues with your shipping address, we may contact you to confirm or resolve any problems. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and ensure that the issue is resolved. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement product or process a full refund.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For information about returns, please refer to our Returns Policy. We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
